I was afraid of being misunderstood and seem overly emotional about the situation when really I’m doing what God has asked me to do. Seeing this as today’s reading almost makes me want to cry. I’m so thankful to be seen by God and to have proof that He hears me and cares about something that could be small to other people is so big to me.

Good morning, it’s difficult to navigate when you have children counting on you. I have been there. My children are grown now. Just wanted to say turn the worrier into warrior because you are His child and He’s taking care of you and your family. It will work out. I’m living proof of that. God bless you and your children!

Thankfully I get some child support, but i know the bills i have will be more than that. I have been trying to trust that God will provide and with every application i fill out I pray God will place me where he wants but it’s getting difficult. I am trying to put my trust and confidence in Him so I can find the best thing for me and my kids

Today, the majority of Americans are waking up with a heavy heart after one of our brother in Christ was assassinated yesterday. Today’s scriptures are so appropriate. And so fitting to how we’re feeling and what we need, because our human nature is to be anxious and let fear take over, when a situation like that happens. But God is our strength and security during adversity. Our protected place when fear threatens to overcome us. Thank you father for giving us the sustaining daily bread that we need, every single day. These words are like a soothing balm on a broken heart today, God. Father we pray for Charlie Kirk’s family and friends; give them strength and comfort as they navigate this new reality for them. Protect all Christians around the country from persecution and violence. We pray this in your most holy name, Lord. Amen.
