I understand where you’re coming from Cheryl, the feeling of being in a community but also feeling alone and rejected. I have felt this way for years. It’s so hard to find connections, we endure and still feel not accepted. I’ve been praying for friendship and community for years. The waiting is so hard. We do our part and put ourselves out there and when we get rejected it’s so hard to lick the wounds and try again. I also needed reminding that God sees me and is with me during the dry seasons to help me endure and carry on.
