It’s a good reminder and a message that I believe and I “know” but it’s hard to practice. When we feel we have so little, to be told to give it to others, I get nervous, and scared that I won’t be able to get back what I gave, that it will negatively effect me. I know this is wrong I know, we will be blessed for giving to others and making room, I know there are different ways to give but I still feel that anxiety in me when I try to push myself to do more. I’m hopeful in reading this study I will understand it better or overcome my obstacles.

I chose this devotion this week as I move into a rental to sell our house and prepare to finish a new house. The rental is smaller and we are cramped. I have complained instead of celebrating a beautiful time in my life and I hope I can utilize this short period in my life to celebrate the good and amazing God and all his blessings by making room in a space where there is no room and exhaustion is heavy!
