I’d find a park and start swinging on the swings, so that I could feel the wind. For me growing up, still to this day, I feel closest to God in the wind. I can’t see the wind but I can feel it. The same as God I can’t see him, but I can feel Him. This devotion just brought back that memory, maybe just maybe in my adulthood I need to head to the park a little more often.

I have gotten better at avoiding rated r movies that have sex and those things in it, but I feel like watching all the true crime shows is bad. I know it brings me down and increases my anxiety and depression but I can’t help myself. I could use some prayer in this area. I know o shouldn’t watch it, but I enjoy it while im watching it only to feel awful afterward.
