Listen I finished John and am in Revelations now. But last night at church God showed me a scripture that I thought was interesting and wonder if it’s connected. Ok so…have you ever wondered what Jesus was writing in the dirt? Not once but twice?? John doesn’t tell us. BUT look at Jeremiah 17:13. “All who turn away from me will be written in the dirt, for they have abandoned the LORD, the fountain of living water.”

NOW, back to John 8:6-8. So what happens in v.9 “When they heard this, they left one by one…”

Am I pulling a rabbit thread or could this be referencing Jeremiah scripture??

When you take a magnifying glass to focus the Son’s light, you may burn up the one you should be trying to save. Just let His light shine through you and your actions so they want to follow Him.
