Jesus himself, God who came in the flesh, \u201cis before all things,\u201d including the promises made in the Old Testament. It is through Him that all things hold together (Col 1:17).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jesus Himself affirmed that the promises in the Old Testament find their fulfillment in Him, \u201cbeginning with Moses and all the prophets\u201d (Lk 24:27). And as those living on the other side of Jesus\u2019s resurrection, we get to look at the whole of Scripture and see that we follow a \u201cfaithful God who keeps his gracious covenant loyalty for a thousand generations\u201d (Dt 7:9).
